Product Description:
MecLab is a new Learning System for general schools. With MecLab students can get an overview about the interesting field of automaton technology and mechatronics.
MecLab consists of three stations, each a handy copy of a typical industrial production process (handling, magazine, conveyor). Each station can be used stand alone, but also in combination with other stations to form a small model production plant.
The students can control the station with a specially adapted FluidSIM-Software, which enables the students to create electrical and pneumatical circuits, simulate the circuit before connecting the hardware and, finally, to control the hardware.
MecLab comes with an extensive documentation, leading the teacher and the students step by step from the basics to an essential understanding of mechatronics and automation technology. Subjects:
