Product Description:
Since the last years CNC machine tools especially turn mill centers have progressed to high productive multi-channel machining centers. Characteristic of those complex machines is that not only one but several tools - each tool controlled from an independent CNC processing channel - operate simultaneous on one or several work pieces.
Those machines request very high qualified operators. The costly training is done actually only with the machine itself.
MEKAMS fulfils those training demands with its general basic multi-channel programming and machining strategies combined with the necessary synchronization of the simultaneous tasks.
3D machine room simulation including 3D collision tests allows MEKAMS also practical, hands-on training with realistic optimizing exercises like on real multichannel machines. Subjects:
